General terms for project work and for using this site. The text is a placeholder and will be replaced with the final wording.
1. Services offered
End-to-end web and mobile product development: interface, backend, third-party integrations, deployment and infrastructure maintenance.
2. How work begins
An enquiry through the form is neither a contract nor a commitment. Scope, timeline and price are fixed in a separate agreement after the task has been discussed.
3. Timeline and process
Work proceeds in iterations with interim demos. Timelines depend on the scope and on how quickly feedback arrives from the client.
4. Pricing and payment
Pricing is calculated individually — a fixed sum for a defined scope, or a time-based rate. The payment schedule is set out in the agreement.
5. Rights to the result
Exclusive rights to the source code transfer to the client upon full payment. Third-party libraries remain under their own licences.
6. Portfolio and confidentiality
A project may appear in the portfolio unless the client objects. Under an NDA, only architectural decisions are published — never code or data.
7. Site content
The text, graphics and code of this site belong to the author. Case studies in the projects section are published with the clients' consent as examples of work.
